🕯️ Step #2: CREATE – Golden Hour Mandala Ritual
🧿 What you’ll need:
• The Golden Hour mandala image (below)
• A candle or warm light source
• Optional: nature elements (feather, crystal, leaf, stone)
🕯️ Set Your Space:
Place the mandala in front of you.
Light your candle. Sit tall. Breathe slowly.
Whisper aloud: “With this moment, I return to center.”
🧿 Mandala Meditation:
Gaze gently at the mandala.
Allow your eyes to follow the dots from the CENTER of the Mandala outward, and back to Center.
Let your breath slow. Let your mind soften.
Follow the design outward from the center.
Repeat silently: “I remember. I receive. I radiate.”
☀️ Seal the Ritual:
Place your hand over your solar plexus.
Say aloud: “I honor the light within me. I carry it forward.”
Blow out the candle—or bow in quiet reverence.
Let the stillness linger until you are ready to resume with your day.
🌀 Step #3: REFLECT – Inward Inquiry
What did I feel in my body as I gazed at the mandala?
What parts caught my eye, attention, and/or awareness?
Where do I need more light in my life right now?
What does it mean to be centered—not just today, but always?
